Used to remove hard calluses

Cone Cut Bit is used to remove hard calluses on the sole of the foot and it is used as a substitute for cone cutter. It is safer than cone cutter, which uses blade, however, it can not grind soft skin. The bit can not be used on wet feet and should only be used on dry feet.
